When selecting commit in merge request, scroll down automatically to show the diff

If I'm linked to specific commit in a merge request, I am being asked to review that commit. The merge request interface should automatically scroll down to the changes ares.

Proposal

When I click on a commit sha in a merge request or am linked directly to a commit in a merge request, the page should automatically scroll to the changes.
