Restore Favicon.ico - now it returns 401

I know it may sound weird, but somehow our Jira instance was using https://gitlab.com/favicon.ico for long time for GL links. Now (hm, 2-3 days ago?) that file became to return HTTP/401.

Is there a chance guys you can restore https://gitlab.com/favicon.ico to working condition?
