Reduce duplication of Edit and Web IDE

In GitLab CE the Web IDE is really just a fancy editor, not an integrated development environment. This could be confusing for user who expects an IDE. Also the 'Edit' and 'Web IDE' button are right next to each other in multiple interfaces, but they both allow the user to edit the file.

Proposal

Improve feature name and button labelling to reduce confusion, or rename the Web IDE button to Edit and remove the old Edit button.
