Form on creating new issue not empty initially
Summary
On creating several new issues in a row the form presented after clicking on "New Issue" contains information from a previously created issue.
Steps to reproduce
- (created new project here in gitlab.com)
- switched to Issues view
- clicked on "New Issue"
- entered title ("Creating First Issue"), entered desription ("There is some text ...") and pressed Ctrl+Enter
- returning to list of issues
- Clicking "New Issue" again to create another issue
- Field for entering Title shows "Creating First Issue", Field for description reads "There is some text ..."

What is the current bug behavior?
Fields of form are filled with information from an issue created right before.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Fields should be empty on a form for creating another issue.
