Show Project ID on Project's Home Panel
Description
Currently it's possible to get the Project ID from the Settings page (introduced by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/18350 / https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/8572).
The user that needs the Project ID may not have access to the settings though, which is e.g. the case for developers needing to configure the project in external systems or services, who are not the owner of the project.
Proposal
I'd like to implement a solution that shows the ID on the Project's Home Panel.
@tauriedavis Do you have inputs about how to show this?
Version A) may be a bit intrusive, as most people don't need this information.
Version B) may be hijacking the clone functionality, although it would be hidden for most users that don't care about the ID.
Another possibility may be to add an additional button to the panel, but this makes the button panel to wrap to 2 lines.
