block_auto_created_users: true has not effect
Summary
block_auto_created_users doesn't not prevent new user to be auto created and to log in.
Steps to reproduce
Add block_auto_created_users: true
to a working ldap configuration then gitlab-ctl reconfigurre
What is the current bug behavior?
The user can log in exactly the same way as if block_auto_created_users
where false.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The user is kind of moderated waiting for approval.
