Add internationalization support for the Prometheus Merge Request widget

As part of the larger effort to ensure all areas of Prometheus support internationalization, we should also ensure the widget on the Merge Request page that shows the memory changes has support.

There is only a few text fields, so should hopefully be pretty easy.
