Make the environment name column in the environments page wider

Description

I was sure this would be a duplicate but I can't find a related issue.

Really simple: the environment name column is bizarrely small which makes it very difficult to see what the environment is called before you click it. At absolute worst a truncated name should reveal the full thing on hover so I don't have to click load the environment page to find out what environment I'm looking at.

The Updated column is absolutely huge compared to the Environment column and I can't see how that ever makes sense if you're wary of pixel usage. The Updated column surely has a much smaller max size that the text can fill no?

Proposal

Make the Environment column with the environment's name much wider so we can actually see the full environment name pretty much all of the time. Fall back to showing the full environment name on hover when truncating for size.
