HTTPS Support for Auto DevOps

Problem to solve

Auto DevOps does not currently support deploying review apps or other deployments over HTTPS.

Further details

HTTPS is necessary for mission-critical/production-grade deployments.

Proposal

Once #40635 (closed) has been implemented, we can detect and use HTTPS for deployments that support it.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
