Rename 'Google Container Engine' in 'Google Kubernetes Engine'

Google Container Engine (GKE) has been officially renamed to Google Kubernetes Engine. Finally all the misunderstanding between GKE and GCE will vanish! 😄

We now need to update all our copying (and links to external pages) with the current version.

Also documentation must be updated.

  • Google Container Engine -> Google Kubernetes Engine
  • cloud.google.com/container-engine -> cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine
