All comments "created one minute ago" until page reload

Description

It appears that we have a frontend ~bug related to counting time between when commit has been created and now.

When someone creates a comment on page without leaving the page, it is always "one minute ago":

The comments above have not been created at the same time.

It looks good after reloading the page.
