select MRs will not load. Profiler output included

I hopped on a call today to see if we could figure out what was happening here. We tested with one MR (181) on the call and were able to load it via the console, see the title, and the description. We profiled this MR and saw that it looked like the following:

MR 181 and MR 182 have similar output, MR 102 has slightly different output.
