cross-project search does not work with Russian (or non-English?) queries
Summary
Whenever searching for an issue using a Russian term (did not test with other languages), GL EE does not return results unless search scope is limited to a particular project. English queries return results regardless of scope (i.e. search wotks across all groups and projects)
Steps to reproduce
- Create an issue with a Russian & English word in it (example title: тест test)
- Search using that Russian word as a query "тест" with Project: Any (or Group: Any) selector
What is the current bug behavior?
Observe 0 results for the Russian search query (e.g. "тест").
Yet searching by "test" in same broad scopes will display the sample issue we created.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Search should return results regardless of query terms language.
