GPG key instructions is wrong

When I was going through https://gitlab.com/help/user/project/gpg_signed_commits/index.md#generating-a-gpg-key

gpg --full-gen-key
gpg: invalid option "--full-gen-key"

Meanwhile

gpg --gen-key

Please select what kind of key you want:

We should rename gpg --full-gen-key command to gpg --gen-key
