Consider changing the description of this repo

Currently, this repo's description is Version Control on your Server. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce and the README for more information

We used to just be a version control system, but we now have idea to production and a whole lot more! We should update the description to match that 😄
