Make breadcrumbs all one line

The more I use the new nav, the more I think it makes sense to have breadcrumbs all on one line. Separating them feels disjointed. I know we have the project switcher, but Im not sure that is even used (it wasn't in our testing), and we should improve upon a more effective project switcher.
