Branches badge missing in main project page

Summary

In version 9.2.1 there was "branches" badge. After update to version 9.3.1 the branches badge is missing. No info about this in changelog.

Projects > Any project > Project tab

What is the expected correct behavior?

Branches badge between commit badge and tags badge.
