Internal GitLab blockchain currency to encourage people to contribute

Create internal GitLab blockchain based currency. People could "mine it" by closing merge requests or opening bug reports for example

As an alternative, allow project owners to plug their bitcoin/whatever wallets, and assign bounty for creating merge requests(for example).

1. It would be great to give project owners zero-bureaucracy way to reward contributors. The problem is that real world money are broken. It is always a pain in the ass to deal with banks and payment services.
2. The solution is to allow GitLab users to plug their cryptocurrency wallet to their account and assign rewards for specific issues.
