Issue real-time regressions

Regressions found, as illustrated in this video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5tDlHAM4iZIYnVtTnR4a28weUE/view?usp=sharing

  • When the title and description are updated in real-time, there should be a CSS transition (in the left window). There is no transition in the video.
  • After the description is updated, it should say Edited less than a minute ago by Victor Wu. It just says Edited by Victor Wu.
  • The Edited by Victor Wu less than a minute ago right under the description does not appear in real-time (in the left window). (And it should have the same CSS transition).
  • The system notes in the common thread in the video do not appear in real-time when they should (in the left window). Only after you enter a comment, do they appear. The system notes take longer to appear (15 seconds) as designed. This is not a regression.
  • The title change in the system note is not properly formatted in the video. This is addressed in another issue.
