Display time tracking values only in hours
Description
Wherever you are in the world 1 h is always 60 min, 1 min is always 60 secs BUT one working day is not always 8 hours ! In my company, we work 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. So when I think I'll spent 1 week on one issue, /estimate 1w
represents for me 25 hours but for GitLab 30 hours (8 hours a day, 5 days a week if I'm ok)
Original Proposal
1. Add a setting per instance, overidable per groups, and per projects to define how many days a week represents, and how many hours a day represents.
2. In time tracking, always display the absolute time in hours calculate from previous parameters
Description
- For all sidebars that display time tracking (issues and milestones), have a instance-level option that only displays values in hours.
- The same instance-level option displays all time tracking system notes in hours only.
