Link to file in outdated diff discussion
Description
When I review code and leave a comment on a line in the diff, often that line is changed as the developer works on my suggestion. This causes the discussion to be on an "outdated diff". When I'm scrolling through the discussions and see the comments on the outdated diff, I usually want to check the new changes so I can evaluate whether or not it meets my expectations. Currently there is no easy way to do this.
Proposal
For a diff that is not outdated, the filename at the top of the discussion links to the line of the diff on which the discussion was started. I propose that the filename for an outdated diff should link to the current diff for the file on which the discussion was started (i.e. since we can't link to the exact line, let's at least link to the file). This would make it much easier to review code changes that occur as a result of such a discussion.
