Pipelines stuck in running state

Summary

Some of the pipelines are stuck in the running state, even when all jobs are already completed/cancelled.

What is the current bug behavior?

Some pipelines are stuck in the running state.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Pipelines should be marked as completed. Or at least there should be a option to complete/remove pipeline manually.
