Make our dropdown menus consistent

Problem

We would like to change the highlight style of our dropdowns so they match the slash commands menu and the new smart filters.

Proposed style

For dropdowns that have elements with color we will make small modifications so they don't clash with the blue background.

For the Pipelines dropdowns we will replace the badge's border with blue.
