Better support for Forks in export/import
Description
When migrating teams individually between server instances, there may a healthy/active fork network at play. Exporting and importing with 8.16.3, the upstream/fork relationship is lost.
Proposal
Is there a way to reconnect after import? If not it would be nice to add additional information to the export that would allow the import to attempt to locate the upstream and maintain the fork relationship.
