GitLab CI CLI

When building out .gitlab-ci.yml sometimes it takes some troubleshooting to get everything in working order. It would be beneficial to the user to have a CLI tool that they could mimic the operations of a GitLab runner without pushing code to the git repo.

Proposal

Create a GitLab CI CLI tool that will allow the user to run builds based on the current .gitlab-ci.yml file without having to push the code to the repository.
