File templates (.gitlab-ci.yml) should be much easier to find
Description
Right now, to use a template, you have to enter the exact correct filename for that template. E.g. .gitlab-ci.yml before you can select a template.
I think that's too high threshold: we want to encourage creating specific files from templates.
Proposal
Have a dropdown with types of templates or some way of showing what templates are available.
