Gitlab Stopped Backing Up On Google Cloud

Because of this (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/commit/2749c1b5687bb50b980dc7bfc1d3471ea16f1ccf) commit, gitlab stopped backing up on google cloud storage.
Hundreds of people may be relying on this. They may have not realized that their gitlab stopped backing up.

In our company, we have lost a week of working because of this issue.
Because it suddenly stopped backing up, without noticing.

You should bring this such important feature back, or at least document it about how to add manually.
