Project nav

• Move Pipelines after Merge Requests tab
• Move Activity and Cycle Analytics under Project tab
• Rename first subtab of Project, Home
• Re-order Repository with subtabs ordered like: Files, Commits, Branches, Tags, Network, Compare, Locked Files

• Move Graph -> Contributors to Repository -> Contributors
• Move Graph -> Continuous Intergration to Pipelines -> Charts
• Squash remaining Graph pages into one
• Move and rename resulting Graphs page to Repository -> Charts

• Rename first subtab of Issues, List

• Delete sub nav under Merge Requests (effectively only having labels and milestone to be under issues)

• Rename repository -> network to Graph(@kushalpandya this is not visible in the mockups 😉)
