Fire more events for several services

Given you have a project and given you want to inform your users of several interactions with gitlab.

So there are some options for E-Mail:

1. Build E-Mails
2. E-Mail on push

While other services contain the whole settings for all events in one view, f.e. Hip-Chat.

Tasks:

• Unify UI / UX of services, maybe seperate notifications and integrations
• Add all possible events to each service (like build status to pushover)

Just stumble over that again for pushover ... and wanted to have that notification for build and pipeline status ;)
