8.15.0 RC2 blocked by slow migrations
The following MR took 18 minutes to run on staging:
This migration renames the SlackService to SlackNotificationService, which seems a bit costly for a simple change.
@dbalexandre created https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/8187 to revert this MR and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/980 to revert https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/972.
The alternative is to take 30-60 minutes of down just for these migrations.
