Add Weight on Issue Board Issue Cards

Description

Add the Weight on the Issue Cards in the Issue Board if a weight is set.

Currently when looking at an issue in the issue board if you want to know the weight of the issue, you must go into the issue to see it. Since the weight is supposed to represent the complexity of the issue it is often important for someone to see right away without having to open the issue. This will save several mouse clicks to open an issue and then have to go back when done.

Proposal

Add the weight display with the weight icon similar to what is displayed on the issue list in the issue board list if a weight is set.
