Include git version in GitLab environment info

Due to some problems with git 2.11.0 (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/25301) it would be helpful to know the version of git when someone reports a bug.

Include git version in the output of rake gitlab:env:info.
