User Profile Page should allow to celebrate Milestones in a users contribution history
This issue is an extension upon https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/24243
It tries to tackle the following problem:
- We should be able to go back in time to important milestones in your personal history and celebrate them (joining gitlab should be shown on the graph)
