closed issue disappears from board

Requirements

• An issue appears in the Done column if and only if the issue is closed, up to the dropdown filters.
• This does not depend on labels on the issue itself.

Original description

Summary

I have a list in my board which says development and I manually put an issue there to indicate that im working on it. Once Im done with that issue I like to be automatically closed either by a commit message or a merge request. This works well, but this issue is than completely invisible in the board anymore. Its in no list on the entire board. Its not in development anymore but its also not in the done list.

Steps to reproduce

• Add an issue to a list
• auto close that issue with a commit/MR

Expected behavior

The issue should appear in the done list (with the list label removed it had before)

Actual behavior

Its nowhere in the board view
