Issues counter in `/dashboard/issues` doesn't reflect nav bars

Summary

The issue counter within the /dashboard/issues views does not change when a new issue is assigned, yet the left-hand nav bar's issue counter does

Steps to reproduce

• Create a new project specifically for adding a new issue to assign to yourself
• Open the left-hand side bar and /dashboard/issues and notice the number for the issue counters
• Create the new issue in the above project and assign to yourself
• Reload the current page to see the left-hand side bar issue count change
• Reload the /dashboard/issues/ page and view the issue counter

Expected behavior

Issue counter on /dashboard/issues/ page should reflect the counter in the side-bar nav

Actual behavior

Issue counter on /dashboard/issues/ page does not reflect the counter in the side-bar nav
