No files after push new repository

I have created new repository and push my code into it. But In web I dont see any changes in main screen. Activity tab are displaing my commits. And git clone are working well. But No files are displayed in project tab.

I have tried to do gitlab-ctl reconfigure and gitlab-ctl restart
