Stuck on nginx welcome page since ubuntu upgrade to 16.04 (and 18.04 now)

Hi,

Everything was working perfectly until I updated my ubuntu to 16.04 last week. Since then, I cannot access my Gitlab anymore, I land on nginx welcome page. I ran the reconfigure command and restarted everything, same result. Nginx seems to be well configured. Thanks for your eventual help.
