Tabindex on sign-in form is wrong

https://gitlab.com/users/sign_in

1. Fill in username and hit Tab
2. Fill in password and hit Tab
3. Hit Space

You should be on the "Remember me" field and toggling that, but instead you're on "Sign in" and activating that. Hitting Tab again takes you to "Remember me".
