Typing assignee name while loading
Summary
You shouldn't be able to type in the assignee name while the loading indicator is taking up the entire view.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to an issue
- Disable network settings (Go offline)
- Change assignee on the sidebar
- Start typing!!
Expected behavior
Should not be able to type while it is loading OR show the loading indicator below the input field
Actual behavior
You can type in the input field while the loading indicator covers up the entire dropdown view
