8.13 RC2 greatly increases the Redis activity for Projects::IssuesController#show

Per http://performance.gitlab.net/dashboard/db/rails-controllers?from=now-24h&to=now it seems we have a massive increase in Redis calls when rendering single issues:

I'm not sure what would cause this but it certainly isn't good.
