Getting this error by trying to fork as user = flevour this https://gitlab.com/mmk2410/intellij-idea-community

Steps to reproduce

Log in as @flevour and visit https://gitlab.com/mmk2410/intellij-idea-community , click fork

Expected behavior

Project is forked to my user.

Actual behavior

Failing with this error.
