Show "Created" and skipped builds/stages in mini Pipeline Graph in the pipeline list and have a separate "skipped" icon
As we see in the following screenshots, we can see that the stage with the builds still in the "created" status is not displayed in the mini pipeline graph in the pipeline list. Perhaps this should also be displayed in the mini pipeline graph in the pipeline list, in order to see how many stages total it is going to plan to run.

The created icon is already there for the pipeline graph and the build list, however not for the mini pipeline graph.
The skipped icon is not yet there, in none of the views. Currently its displayed as a cancelled status.
Skipped Icon (should have same color as cancelled).
