FR: Create tag shortcut from the Commit page

Description

To create a tag (or a branch) from a certain commit, I must paste the commit id to the source box on the Create tag page (http://.../tags/new). I go to this most often from the commit page () with the SHA in clipboard.

It would be helpful to create a New tag/branch menu option in the Commit page's Options menu that would jump to the above page with the SHA pre-filled. The menu I am talking about is highlighed with red ants below:
