Project page refers to local machine name

Summary

When viewing a project the project page says the local machine name in the clone address (http://[ComputerName]/[Namespace]/[Project].git) instead of the URL that the person is using to access the page.

If the project has an image it is broken from "the outside" as is explicitly set to http://[ComputerName]/[...etc]

I just noticed that when creating a group the address is correct (The URL you are accessing it from).
