Cross project Personal labels (only visible to you)
Based on my comment on this issue: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/17390#note_14161695
I would like to see the possibility to have a personal labeling system only visible to that person. This way you can organize issues through labels that only make sense to you.
Think of: "issues that peak my interest" or "issueboard issues important to me" etc (or shorter labels of course ;) )
