Group notifications for bulk issue close operations
As per the title if you bulk close issues using the checkbox to "select all", the action will send one email per issue. Would it be a good idea to send a single email with the changes listed in summary? Having just done this for a hundred or so issues I've upset a few employees who are receiving just as many emails!
I also presume this will happen for any form of update, not just closing.
