Two way JIRA integration for comments
Proposal
We need to have a way to have bi-directional communication between GitLab Issues and JIRA. We need to be able to have GitLab Issues open a JIRA ticket and keep it updated with comments as well as have comments written on the JIRA ticket reflect back in the GitLab Issue.
Goals:
- Update GitLab issues from JIRA tickets.
- Bi-directional communication. Check the JIRA ticket API periodically and update the GitLab issue.
