"Permalink" and "Blame" buttons should respect highlighted lines

1. Go to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/spec/support/api_helpers.rb#L42-44.
2. Click "Permalink".
3. Line highlighting is lost.
