No Consistency between servers

One moment I can see the pipeline in pipelines tab, another moment it disappears and cannot be seen, not even directly (404). After a while it appears again, only to cease to exist after another refresh. When it is displayed in the pipelines tab, the previous pipeline is shown as running even when it has already failed.

Edit: The same things happens with issues and can lead to different issues having the same iid.
