Hide Left sidebar paradigm

1. Hide left sidebar by default.
2. Put the logo in the center.
3. Keep logo in the center. On mobile move logo to right next to the chevron.
4. If project name is too long make ellipsis to make logo stay in center with extra padding.
5. Remove shifting of content (overlap).
6. Make it big again.
7. Remove collapse button from bottom and put it on the top.
